Ngoc Do has been with IDG Ventures Vietnam since its inception in 2004. Up through 2008, she worked as Office Manager in Hanoi, responsible for setting up and overseeing the Finance / Accounting and Administrative teams. From 2008 until the present, Ngoc has been working as Finance Manager, with a focus on improving accounting and financial management of the fund and its portfolio companies. Ngoc also manages the budgeting and operations expenses of the firm and assists the CFO in all matters of accounting, financial andĀ audit reporting.

Before joining IDG Ventures Vietnam, Ngoc spent 4 years as Accountant at VITC Telecommunications in Vietnam where she was responsible of managing all accounting and finance matters of the company in Vietnam. Prior to that, Ngoc was a teacher of International Banking at Hanoi Oriental University.

Ngoc earned her MBA in International Business – Management of Technology from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. Ngoc holds a BA of Monetary Banking with distinction from Hanoi Oriental University. She also gained a Certificate as a qualified Accountant and a Certificate on Management Development from NEU Business Administration Institute.

Ngoc has a seven year-old daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, swimming and yoga.
