Que Anh joined IDG Ventures Vietnam at its inception in 2004. At IDG Ventures Vietnam, she is responsible for the internal HR management of the fund and also oversees the firm’s internal HR recruiting and consulting for the Fund’s portfolio companies.

Prior to IDG Ventures, Que Anh worked for 3 years at BP Group as Human Resource Generalist where she provided HR services and consultancy at both upstream and downstream subsidiaries of BP Group in Vietnam.

Que Anh received a certificate on Human Resource Management from the MBA program of Henley Management School of Business and she received a BA in Accounting and Finance from the Hanoi University of Commerce and a BA in English from the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies.

Que Anh enjoys swimming, movies and traveling. She is an active member of the Amcham Hanoi HR Club. Que Anh is married with 2 children.
