Trang Dao joined IDG Ventures Vietnam in November 2007 as a Research Associate. She was promoted to Associate in June 2010, managing two portfolio companies and working closely with VP Hiep Do on several others.

Prior to IDG Ventures Vietnam, Trang worked at the University of Dalat and AUSP, an International Education Organization of the Foreign Language Center (FLC) of Vietnam National University, HCMC. Her background has helped her develop research and analysis skills that support the investment team with due diligence work and post-deal management.

Trang holds a BA of English from the University of Dalat.

She enjoys cooking dinner for family and friends every weekend, watching movies, traveling and especially, dogs.
