Irep Co Ltd:Says signs contract to acquire 139,549 shares of Vietnam-based company MOORE ONLINE DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS CORPORATION that engaged in advertising agency business, with its shareholders on July 1, amount is not disclosed.Says to acquire additional 69,767 shares through accepts capital increase through private placement by MOORE ONLINE DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS CORPORATION, at price of $650,228.To hold 209,316 shares, representing a 53.16 pct stake of MOORE ONLINE DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS CORPORATION in total.Says need approval by concerned authorities.
